St. Patrick’s Day has come and gone, but a few questions linger on:
Who decided to dye beer green?
Why is it called corned beef if it doesn’t have corn in it?
Do most people know the difference between a Shamrock and a four leaf clover?
Why do people insist on abbreviating st. Patrick’s Day as st. Paddy’s day when a paddy is what rice is grown in?
Also, of course, the biggest question of them all, do Saints drink beer? For that matter do Saints drink alcohol at all?
Perhaps one day scientists will be able answer these and other major puzzling questions.
