Why is a pineapple called a pineapple?
It’s not related to pine trees, it doesn’t grow like an apple, it tastes much better than either an apple or a pine needle.
A pineapple has sharp leaves, not needles, it doesn’t even look like a pinecone for that matter.
How do scientists determine that something is going to happen hundreds of years in the future based on just 40 years of data? It just doesn’t make sense…
Here in Denver everyone has been worried about droughts for the past few years, now we had a wetter winter and a late snowstorm, everyone is worried about floods… I guess some people just can’t be happy.
Please realize I’m not pro drought or pro flood, I’m just pointing out something I think is funny.
